I went to Jim Kalbach’s experience workshop (cost me about $400+parking) for 4.30 hours. But it was worth the money.

To make Experience mapping After getting the brief.  You have to answer 3 key question

 

1.What is your Point of view.

Whose Experience? Which Experience

2. What is the scope of the experience?

3. What Elements will you focus on

 

“Diagram are compelling documents that invite engagement by others”

Good experience mapping will make people want to add their experience on the map.
