Brief: Client need help on marketing strategy and digital marketing.

1.Background.
Tokyo Cube is a fusion restaurant located right in gas station, close to Universal studio Hollywood.
The restaurant opens in 2016 but received beer wine license in 2017. business has been slow and starts to pick it up after the license.
Clients have experience in open a small sushi restaurant in Santa Monica. They know about food but not much about new age, digital marketing, website.


Key Problem
- Parking lot (only 4-5 spots in gas station until street parking available at 6.00 PM and weekend)
- Hard to see, people don’t know about the restaurant.
- Let Customer who came before the beer wine license know that the restaurant now has beer wine available
How Might we get people around the area know about restaurant?

2.Discovery/User research
Problem with parking. give out information, create infographic include in the website and social media. The customer can plan ahead before visiting the restaurant.

Brand Position on Social Media.

Respond to Negative reviews on Yelp
1. Apologize and sympathize in the response to the negative review.
2. Insert a little marketing in the response.
3. Move the conversation offline
4. One conversation at a time.
5. Keep the response simple, short and sweet.
6. Don’t put the business name (search engine may find).

5.Evaluate The Idea.
- In 3 months People visit IG profile each week from average 200 people —> Close to 2,000
- People follow on IG 4,300 follower 90% live in LA. (Target Audience)
- Sell in March Average $2,500/a day, October Average Close to $4,000/a day.
